The front desk is accommodating and the dental assistant is very kind. I normally don’t do any kind of reviews but the customer service is spectacular. I recommend this place. I had an emergency tooth extraction and an infection. I was in so much pain when I arrived. The dentist explained everything and was reassuring. They treat you like a person and i respect that. I was looking in the online in phone to find a dental office for my daughter she needed a tooth extracted  as an emergency. My first point of contact was Ashley the young lady at the front desk. Her phone demeanor and meeting her in person was a pleasure. Ashley was compassionate over the phone and Understanding. Ashley brought us in that same day, that I called her.  They did x-rays in a full exam. they even tried to pull my daughters tooth that day but did not have enough time. We were in the office just before closing time. They did an awesome job Dr Jeffrey a Rajaski took her as an emergency 24 hour emergency extraction. He was professional had a great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Baltimore emergency dental on Edmondson avenue as your dentist of choice for emergency and other procedures.
